Last week I found a UPS (Source uninterruptible power supply) in a parking lot and wondered if it is safe to connect and see if it works? I found it on the ground was wet but I had in the basement of a week to let it dry. Do u think it is safe to plug?
I do not want, I was there for a reason you can not try that.
