School Volcano, which vinegar disintegrate almost instantly?
I'm helping my daughter make a volcano in school, wants to use the method baking soda. She wants to simulate the destruction caused by a volcano. What can we make housing / supports that react with the vinegar and give effect of disintegration? We have tried to bar of soap and crumbled cookies shaped by a solution of corn starch. What else?
I wonder what would happen if you made a volcano with a mixture of baking soda and cornstarch, variation of reason or at least some of the top, or sections of the sides of regular hollow volcano and patched with baking soda
