Is it okay to wash fruits and vegetables with dish soap natural greenworks?

If you want a natural product used to wash fruit and vegetables, all you need to reach is cheap, safe and white vinegar. This will help to remove any wax on the fruit and any remaining dirt. Just dilute to one or two tablespoons in a couple of gallons of water, add your products and leave soak for 5 minutes. Rise well. It will get its cleaner production below, using only water and not leave any residue like soap.
