Plant Show in four days, any tips? Gardenias?
I will be participating on a Plant Show on Thursday. We all had to raise gardenias, i have chosen my top three pots. One of my blooms died quickly and the petals all fell, and the blooms coming in are a bit spindly.
It is my fault because I had to neglect my plants for a couple of days. I just repotted them yesterday and gave them fertilizer. I need to present them with some kind of decoration. My blooms are red, pink, and white. Anyone creative have some ideas?
Im sorry, its not gardenias, i wasnt thinkming when I posted this. Im raising geraniums.
Hate to tell you, but I think your chances of a good showing are pretty well toast. Gardenias won’t recover that quickly. they are fairly slow growers and won’t easily snap back from neglect.
