Need to convert an ugly garage in a beautiful bedroom. Very long, not very large, only a small window?
I would use the combination of colors including burnt orange, light olive and oatmeal. I would like to have fun with all three colors if possible. He thought a little texture would nice. The ceiling now has the texture with shine. They do not care for it, but I want something different. The window is very small I would cover with the illusion that is older. What type of art you can hang and include candles, which I love. All suggestions are appreciated.
The color scheme sounds nice and dramatic, I scrape the texture of the roof with a spray bottle with water to soak and then scrape with a spatula, being careful not to damage the plasterboard now any revision of the areas that need it. Paint the walls, the color of oatmeal and maybe a bit lighter on the ceiling of a dramatic look I will three colors of paint on a wall accent, and behind the bed in a horizontal or large squares superimposed graphics. Get DUPIONI silk curtains in Linens & things are very affordable there and hang them on the floor to ceiling window with decorative hardware to give more presence to me is an accent wall by the window with chandeliers. I choose solid neutral Comforter and burnt orange and olive accent pillow in some silk and natural fibers, and launching a great shot of orange at the foot of the bed or on a chair. Find a rug to pull all the colors together. Add a large mirror on the wall, maybe just resting on it, this will make the room seem more big. I look sculptural tapestries, and rich in search of oil paintings reproduction, look Kirklands in the shopping center.
